We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on customers in the United States.
All of our products are custom-made to order in our studio, specifically designed for your vehicle. Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days (up to 3 business days during high-demand periods).
Orders are shipped from Europe using international air mail or courier services and are delivered in the United States by USPS or a local carrier.
Estimated delivery time to the United States is 1.5 to 3 weeks.
Most orders arrive within this timeframe, however delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and customs processing. Customs inspections or postal delays are outside of our control.
Tracking information is provided for all U.S. orders. In some cases, tracking updates may pause once the package enters the United States and is handed over to USPS — this is normal for international shipments.
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. A phone number is required by the carrier and helps prevent delivery issues. If a package is held at your local post office, identification may be required for pickup.
If you have not received your order within 15 days after receiving the shipping notification, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Because all items are custom-made, all sales are considered final. Returns or replacements are accepted only in the case of a defective or damaged item upon arrival. You must contact us before returning any item, and photo proof will be required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If the product is defective on arrival, return the package to us for replacement. Please note: You must contact us BEFORE you return the package. We will not accept packages w/o authorization. You need to send us proof photos or pictures of the damaged item by e-mail.
You must return the package with all contents and enclosures that shipped with the product. You must return it in the protective box or another similar shipping carton as used to ship originally. Incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Our policy lasts 14 days if you want to exchange the item. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept the return of custom products.
In case of unjustified cancellation of the order, a penalty equal to at least 15% of the order amount will be charged (this is due to the commission of payment systems).

Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are custom-made specifically for your vehicle, all sales are considered final.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always happy to help if there is an issue with your order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.

Custom-made items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a defect or damage upon arrival.
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
In cases where an order is canceled after production has started, a partial fee may apply to cover processing and payment costs.
